Automation Project Manager

Lead automation projects from concept to hand-over — planning, budget, team and customer.

You are the single point of contact for the customer and the internal lead for design, PLC, robotics and installation teams.
You keep scope, budget and schedule under control and make sure the plant is accepted on time.
Your responsibilities
- Plan projects: scope, schedule, resources and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage customer communication, change requests and reporting.
- Monitor risks, quality and safety throughout the project.
- Lead FAT/SAT acceptance and hand-over to serial operation.
Your profile
- Degree in engineering or comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of project management in automation or plant construction.
- Commercial understanding of budgets and contracts.
- Good German and English.
- Willingness to travel; driving licence class B.
Nice to have
- PMP, IPMA or PRINCE2 certification.
- Automotive OEM project experience.
- MS Project or Primavera skills.
