Robologic™ Group GmbH takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page is maintained by the company and explains which data we process when you use this website, on what legal basis, and which rights you have under the GDPR.

  • Contact form and application data: name, email address, message content and any documents you send us voluntarily.
  • Language preference: the language version of the site you visit (/en or /de).

  • Provision and security of the website — legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
  • Answering enquiries and pre-contractual communication — Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
  • Processing job applications — Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR and § 26 BDSG.
  • Any optional analytics or marketing cookies — only with your consent, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required to deliver the pages. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. If analytics is introduced in future, it will be activated only after you give consent, and this policy will be updated beforehand.

Hosting and processors

The website is hosted by a service provider acting as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is processed on servers within the EU wherever technically possible. A current list of processors is available on request.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Enquiries are deleted once the matter is fully resolved; application documents are deleted no later than six months after the procedure ends, unless you consent to longer storage.

  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).

Data security

Traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted via TLS. We apply access controls and the principle of least privilege internally. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, but we continuously review our technical and organisational measures.
