Responsibility

Compliance and corporate responsibility

Automation projects touch people, machines and critical production. Robologic Group GmbH therefore commits to clear rules for lawful conduct, safety and sustainability. This page describes our own practices; it is not an independent certification.

Business ethics and anti-corruption

We reject corruption, bribery and any form of unfair competition. Gifts and invitations must remain appropriate and transparent; facilitation payments are prohibited. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed to management before they affect a decision.

Occupational health and safety

  • Risk assessment before every installation and commissioning assignment.
  • Mandatory safety briefings and personal protective equipment on all customer sites.
  • Lock-out / tag-out and machinery safety procedures according to the Machinery Directive.
  • Documented incident reporting and root-cause analysis for every near miss.

Quality and technical standards

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The certified scope covers engineering, programming, installation and commissioning of industrial automation and control systems; the certificate is maintained through regular internal and external surveillance audits and is available on request.

Our engineering work follows recognised industry standards for functional safety, electrical installation and control systems. Every project passes structured acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) with documented results before hand-over.

Environment and energy

Efficient automation reduces energy and material consumption in our customers' plants — this is a core part of our value proposition. Internally we minimise travel where remote commissioning is possible, separate and recycle waste, and prefer long-life, repairable equipment.

People and fair employment

We employ our teams on fair, transparent terms, pay for certified training, and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. Working time and rest periods on assignment are tracked and respected.

Supply chain responsibility

We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable law, respect human rights, prohibit child and forced labour, and uphold safety standards equivalent to ours. Serious breaches lead to termination of the business relationship.

Data protection and confidentiality

Customer production data, drawings and control programs are treated as strictly confidential and are processed only for the agreed project purpose, under non-disclosure agreements and role-based access.

Reporting concerns

Employees, customers, suppliers and third parties can report suspected misconduct to info@robologic.group with the subject "Compliance". Reports can be made confidentially, are reviewed by management, and retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited.
