About the role

You work directly on the shop floor: from the first teach-in to a running production cell with stable cycle times.

Our teams handle single-robot installations as well as complete line upgrades for automotive OEMs and tier-1 suppliers.

Your responsibilities

  • Program and teach robot cells (KUKA KRL, ABB RAPID, FANUC TP/Karel).
  • Commission cells on site including gripper, sensor and safety integration.
  • Optimise cycle times, paths and process reliability.
  • Analyse faults and support ramp-up and serial production.
  • Document programs, parameters and acceptance results (FAT/SAT).

Your profile

  • Training or degree in automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
  • Practical robot programming experience with at least one major brand.
  • Understanding of PLC interfaces (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) and safety technology.
  • Good German or English.
  • Willingness to travel; driving licence class B.

Nice to have

  • Offline programming (RobotStudio, KUKA.Sim, Roboguide).
  • Vision systems (Keyence, Cognex) and force control.
  • Welding, gluing or handling process know-how.
