Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) / Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) (m/f/d)

Plan and monitor safety on automotive and data centre construction sites under the German Construction Site Ordinance.

About the role

Our projects range from automotive production lines to large data centre construction. You make sure that every site is safe, compliant and well documented.

You work closely with project managers, contractors and clients, and you have the authority to stop unsafe work.

Your responsibilities

Prepare, update and monitor the Safety and Health Plan (SiGe-Plan) under the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV).
Coordinate contractors and subcontractors on multi-trade sites.
Run regular site inspections and document findings and corrective actions.
Support risk assessments, operating instructions and PPE selection under ASiG.
Deliver safety briefings and training for site teams.

Your profile

Qualification as SiGeKo (RAB 30) and/or Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (§ 7 ASiG).
Practical experience on industrial or construction sites.
English required; German is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel within Germany and the EU.
Driving licence class B.

Nice to have

Experience in automotive plant or data centre construction.
Knowledge of CE marking and the Machinery Directive.
Additional qualification in fire protection or environmental management.
